Warehouse Robotic Automation Implementation

Implementing a Prime Robotics Solution

Contract signing to go live can be as little as one month, but more typically 2-3 months.

A warehouse robotic automation implementation can be planned to happen in parallel to the current manual process with a phased approach of clearing the floor, setting up fiducials and shelves and loading inventory.  This may make the implementation a little while longer, but may be important for customers most sensitive to disruption of their existing order flow.

The time for implementation is broken into 3 phases: the Planning Phase, the Implementation Phase and the Go Live Phase.

If a site requires a standard configuration using one of the top WMS’s, then requirements may be captured in approximately 2 weeks.
