Warehouse Robotic Automation Implementation

Implementing a Prime Robotics Solution

Contract signing to go-live can be as little as one month, but more typically 2-3 months.

A warehouse robotic automation implementation can be planned to happen in parallel to the current manual process. The process will include a phased approach of clearing the floor, setting up fiducials and shelves, and loading inventory. Though the implementation may take longer this method allows a sensitivity for customers wanting to minimize disruption of their current order flow.

We break implementation into 3 phases: the Planning Phase, the Implementation Phase, and the Go Live Phase.

If a site requires a standard configuration using one of the top WMS’s, then requirements may be captured in approximately 2 weeks.
